Kenny Goldie Bio
Kenny Goldie is an integral part of the team and the success of the Goldie Group. He serves as the Executive Vice President of International Sales and is in charge of the group’s operations in third world and developing countries. The Goldie Group handles reverse logistics for the cell phone industry, collecting and disposing of obsolete or impaired inventory for other companies. Kenny saw an opportunity to take this inventory and make it available to poorer parts of the world where access to technology is limited.
Kenny has been responsible for overseeing the creation of the third world and developing market distribution. Under his leadership, the Goldie Group has an efficient and environmentally friendly strategy for acquiring, refurbishing, re-packaging, shipping, and distributing what was at one point obsolete inventory. This strategy benefits the original owners of the inventory, the environment, and the new consumers of the inventory.
Outside of the Goldie Group, Kenny is the founder of several night clubs, located in New York City, London, the Bahamas and the Hamptons. In New York, Kenny’s night clubs include Cain and Goldbar. Also in the hospitality industry, Kenny co-founded Surf lodge, a boutique hotel in the Hamptons.
Personally, Kenny Goldie is a patron of the arts, having been moved by the works of Michelangelo, whose works he studied during his time in Florence. Kenny is an avid collector of various works. He has also become an investor in an art commerce site based in Boston, the mission of which is to provide the art community with technology that allows for transactions, communication with potential customers and collaboration with other artists.
